About Me: I started out as a journalist -- working at newspapers such as the East Valley Tribune and the Los Angeles Times -- but kept getting sucked back into technology during the course of my career. I currently work as a consultant who trains journalists how to use new technology as well as making software easier to use. I have two children, Seth, 11, and Lael, 8. Both are involved with robotics. My wife, Anne, is a sixth- and eighth-grade English teacher at Basis Phoenix.
